Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Faulty Returns
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be thrilled with your jewellery, but we recognise that sometimes it is not quite what you wanted.
All of our jewellery offers a full money back guarantee.
So, we have a simple returns policy – just return your order to us, unworn and in perfect condition, within 14 days of receiving your delivery, in its original packaging, and we will be happy to issue a refund. Download a returns slip from the CL Silver Jewellery website (under Returns Advice Note), complete it along with your original order number and enclose it with your returned order, so that we can process it as quickly as possible for you.
We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery service (or their special delivery service so that your parcel is insured) or an insured courier of your choice to ensure that your parcel reaches us quickly and in good condition.
If you are returning goods from Europe or Worldwide orders, please ensure that your parcel is tracked and insured to the value of the goods, as we are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
We will endeavour to arrange your refund, within 3 working days of receipt of your order, back on to the same debit/credit card from which you paid for your order. If you wish to order a different product as a replacement, we can arrange this. Please contact us at: enquiries@clsilverjewellery.co.uk and we will send your new order to your address within 48 hours.
Please note that we are not able to pay return postage costs. Any returned goods returned to us arriving damaged, or lost, will not be credited.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable.
Returned parcels should be securely wrapped and returned to:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your CL Silver Jewellery jewellery, you should notify us by e-mail on enquiries@clsilverjewellery.co.uk, within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, and we will check our stock levels and arrange to send your new jewellery to you within 3 days of receipt of your returned jewellery.
Please note that you may incur postage costs for your new jewellery to be sent to you. This would be charged at the current rate of 2nd class recorded delivery postage.
Faulty or Damaged Returns
We take great pride in sourcing our products and are disappointed if you receive a product that does not meet our high standards.
We ask you to let us know by e-mailing enquiries@clsilverjewellery.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of your jewellery, quoting your order number, and returning the original products to us in their original packaging within 14 days. Please download a returns slip from the Bijou Bangles Website (stored under Returns Advice Note), complete it along with your original order number and enclose it with your returned order, so that we can process it as quickly as possible for you.
Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will carry out a full investigation and offer a replacement (depending on stock levels) or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs incurred. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults, but not misuse. To maintain the condition of your jewellery, we recommend that you remove it when swimming, showering or when undertaking physical work.
Please ensure that any items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery and are insured for the cost of the jewellery, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in the post. (We will pay return postage up to £10.00, for any faulty or damaged items that are returned to us. Please keep a copy of your postage receipt).

Where possible, please include your order number and details of the product(s) that you have purchased and full details of your complaint or concerns. We will endeavour to resolve these fairly and promptly.
